The convention is tentatively planned to start after lunch on February 19, 2027 and end late in the evening on the February 20, 2027
Event Registration

- Adult Registration are “all inclusive” and covers meals, banquets, entertainment and speaker sessions.
- Youth Registration includes registration, meals and/or children’s programming
- Children Registration
- Ages 0-11, include registration, meals and/or children’s programming (including a t-shirt, for ages 0-11)
- Ages 0-5, these children may require parental support in the children’s programming room.
- Banquet only, Friday night (per person), includes banquet, show awards and fun auction.
- Banquet only, Saturday night (per person), includes banquet, industry awards, bison auction and entertainment by band (Hicktown)
Children’s Programming:
The convention committee is offering children’s programming for the Friday afternoon and Saturday, during convention hours. All kids are welcome with the understanding that young children (under 5 or so) may need some support from a guardian. The room will be staffed by volunteers who will have activities planned. No liability will be assumed by the volunteers, convention committee, CBA, MBA or SBA.
